A: The Marigalante has a maximum capacity of 240 passengers.
Q: I am a vegetarian, is there any way to have a vegetarian meal?
A: Of course, please let us know at the time of booking.
Q: I have my ticket; do I need to check in?
A: Yes, once you are at the Terminal, it is very important that you exchange your ticket for your boarding passes in order to enjoy the show. Our pirate module is located next to the main entrance - don't worry, you can't miss it! The pirates will kidnap you as soon as you arrive.
Q: How do I get there?
A: Easy, the tours depart from the Maritime Terminal. For hotels located in Puerto Vallarta, a local bus marked Wal-Mart or Sam's will drop you off in front of the Terminal Marítima. Please check the current cost of the local bus.
Q: Are the boats adapted for wheelchair users?
A: Of course! Our boats have ample space to handle a wheelchair. In addition, we can provide you with transportation within the Marine Terminal from the main entrance to our boats. Don't forget to inform us of all your needs at the time of booking, so that we can offer you a better service.
Q: Can I have a private group or wedding on board?
A: Of course, we have been handling different types of groups of all kinds. We can do a private group or small groups. Please send us all the information about your group (minimum 10 adults) and a short description of what you are looking for at: Groups.
Q: What can be done in an emergency?
A: In an emergency, our staff are trained to act immediately and know exactly what to do. The boats are equipped with direct radio links to the Port Authorities, and we have life jackets on board for all passengers, as well as small boats for last-minute emergencies.
Q: Do I need to bring extra money to buy souvenirs and photos?
A: Yes, we offer photo and video service on board our ships. We also have a Pirate Boutique on board where you can buy souvenirs.
