The departure time for the night show is 7:00 pm and for the day tour is 10:00 am, and you are required to arrive at the Maritime Terminal 1 hour before this time for boarding.

You must show your ticket or receipt for the tour.

For online purchases, you must show your official identification and the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase.

Important information:

The regular menu does not include lobster and whiskey.

In order to pick up your tickets on the day of the excursion, please bring a valid photo id, the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and a print copy of your order confirmation or an electronic receipt. Please be aware that you will only gain entrance to our activity if and when you show these 3 documents to our cashier. No exceptions will be made.

The Night Tour is recommended just for adults. As capacity is limited, we recommended purchasing your tickets in advance, just provide your reservation number upon your arrival, at our ticket office inside the Maritime Terminal. Be at Maritime Terminal, one hour before departure. You can take photos and video during the shows, cameras on board are permited and encouraged. Bring a sweater and comfortable shoes.

Additional charges:

The port fee is not included in the price, passengers must pay it before accessing the sea terminal, which can be done at the pirate boutique, the fee is $32 pesos per person, cash only (only applies for people over 8 years old).

The price of your tour does not include:

  • Port taxes at the Maritime Terminal
  • Transportation

Cancelly Policy

If, for any reason, you feel you have purchased this Activity in error, or if you want to cancel it, please call 1 855 530 5733.

  • Cancellations made giving 48 hours notice or more of the tour’s departure will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour’s departure will only receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less will not receive any refund.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will only receive a full refund if due to sickness, and must be supported by an official medical note.

Pirate Ship Vallarta reserves the right to cancel and make changes to the date or time of the service without any extra costs or penalties. We reserve the right to refuse admission and make changes to the program without notice. Activities may change, depending on weather and sea conditions.
